Workouts

I have been told by my husband that I have exercise ADHD. By this, he means that I have a hard time working out in the same place every day. Therefore, I have 3 different locations that I can work out.

TwinFitness
Not only do I work at TF, but I also work out there. If I can kick my clients booties, I can certainly kick my own! Cardio class and strength training classes will get you into great shape. Need a trainer? Just ask. We've got a few that will get the job done!


24 Hour Fitness
The 24 Hour Fitness I am a member of is very close to where I work. There are several all around the KC area, so I had to think about the location that was best for me. I ended up choosing the location that is nearest TwinFitness, so I can come and go as I please. They have tons of cardio equipment and lots of open space for weights. I also love their spinning classes!

Lots of sweaty workouts at 24 Hour!

Title Boxing
Need a great workout? Try Title Boxing. If punching and kicking a bag doesn't get your heart rate up, I'm not sure what will! Plyometrics, push-ups, strength training, and kickboxing all in one hour- what could be better!? Adding it to your weekly workouts might be just what you need to get you out of your normal routine. I became a member last month and have loved every moment of it! They will let you try for free- so you have nothing to lose! The classes give me tons of extra motivation, and is the kick in the butt that I need! Try Roberto or Jeron's class, they'll set you straight!
