Sorry Dad, had to put this up!
Mom sent this picture a few weekends ago. Apparently they were going through their closet when they stumbled upon this old gem. Katie and I both had a pretty good laugh when we got the picture. I told him that he needs to wear it to dinner, or out on the town. I don't think that this will ever happen. But hey, it's worth a good laugh!

What a gorgeous weekend!
While my parents were in town for the past few days, we managed to go on two picnics! I have always loved eating at the park or on the patio, so I couldn't resist with this perfect "picnicking" weather!
Every time my parents have a picnic on the patio at home in McPherson, my dad always calls me to brag that they're enjoying their breakfast or lunch outside. No phone call was needed today, I got to soak up the sun with the family.
After an afternoon of shopping, my mom, dad and I enjoyed our lunch at C.Jack's cafe in the Prairie Village Shopping Center. Where's Dale you ask? At work of course!
